France, more than China and Russia, is the most active in industrial espionage on its European allies, said Tuesday Aftonposten Norwegian daily based on diplomatic telegrams obtained by Wikileaks.
“French Intelligence is so pervasive, that the damage (which causes) to the German economy as a whole, are more important than the damage caused by China or Russia,” he said in an undated telegram to the U.S. Embassy in Berlin.
